Team PCU was privileged to have Honda Indiana guests come to PCU for the buy-off of multiple projects with Bill Sims, Control Engineer, Vince Liming, Project Manager, and Heather Morningstar, Project Engineer. The projects consists of an A/C evacuate and charge machine with 2 carriers; Brake evacuate & fill machine with 2 carriers; Fuel/Windshield Wash Fill combination machine; Radiator & Power Steering combination with a carrier, and a Manual/Automatic Transmission fill machine. Some of the Honda associates are new to the Honda team, so this was an exciting time for them. They made multiple visits to review the equipment and learn about the fluid fills. With the great help of the multiple technicians and manufacturing, the buy-off was a success and the equipment shipped on schedule. All the equipment is currently being installed at the new Honda Greensburg, Indiana facility. This project is extremely important to Team PCU and Honda, as the new Honda facility is a green facility.
